By using Voxly, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable — please do read them.
Voxly is a voice-to-text app that transcribes your speech and cleans it into ready-to-use text, on iPhone and Mac. It's provided by the makers of Voxly ("we", "us").
Voxly is currently in beta. That means it's still evolving: features may change, break, or be removed, and it may occasionally be unavailable or produce imperfect results. It's provided for testing and everyday use, but you should not rely on it as the sole record of anything important.
Access is tied to an anonymous device token created by the app. You're responsible for the activity on your device. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
You own what you say and the text Voxly produces from it. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to process your audio and return your cleaned text (see the Privacy Policy). We don't claim ownership of your messages and we don't use them to train models.
We work to keep Voxly running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or suspend features — especially during beta — with or without notice.
Voxly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of transcription. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Voxly. Because Voxly stores your history on your own device and iCloud, keeping your own backups is your responsibility.
We may update these terms as Voxly evolves. When we make material changes we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Voxly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
